Global Sales Compensation Team Member

This is an exciting opportunity to join Criteo's Global Sales Compensation team as a Commercial Process Improvement Specialist. We are looking for a talented individual who can drive process improvements, analyze data, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Your primary responsibility will be to improve, scale, and drive quarterly commercial cycles through processes and tools, working closely with Regional Sales Ops and other teams within Criteo.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to learn quickly, and have a passion for process improvement and customer satisfaction.
As part of this role, you will also be responsible for improving data quality in the Sales Compensation Management Tool - Anaplan and providing support to Regional Sales Ops on HR data.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $**82,000**, based on industry standards and considering factors such as location and experience.
