Sales Compensation Expert

At TravelPerk, a leading SaaS platform, we are seeking an experienced Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing sales compensation programs within the B2B SaaS industry.

The Role:
We are looking for an analyst with proven experience in creating bespoke sales compensation plans tailored to the unique needs of a B2B SaaS sales environment. Your responsibilities will include setting targets for each salesperson, issuing their compensation statements, and implementing Special Performance Incentive Funds (SPIFFs) to achieve targeted objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales compensation plans that align with business objectives
- Manage SPIFFs to drive sales performance and evaluate their effectiveness
- Maintain accurate documentation of compensation plans and communicate changes effectively to the sales team
- Analyse sales performance data to assess commission structures and propose adjustments to optimise sales team motivation and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with finance and HR to ensure compliance and alignment with budget
Qualifications:
We require at least 2 years of proven experience in an equivalent role in the B2B SaaS industry. You should have good knowledge of commission structures, SPIFF programs, and incentive strategies. Our ideal candidate is highly analytical, able to think creatively, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
