  As the EMEA Sales Director, you will spearhead the sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio, driving retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement.


Sales Strategy

  You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA, managing a team of EMEA business developers and collaborating with key partners to achieve financial and business goals.

  Your role involves designing and developing sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers, coordinating forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  We are seeking a proven sales professional with experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry. You should have demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization, with strong leadership and team management skills.

  The ideal candidate should have fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time. Fluency in additional European languages is a plus.


Benefits

  We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
