Salary
The estimated salary for this position is approximately €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Global Ice Cream Sales Manager to maximize the market share of our brands in the assigned area and develop strategic plans for growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential operators by coordinating with business developers
- Prioritizing prospecting based on potential and channel
- Visiting customers for acquisition and negotiation
- Coordinating negotiations with kitchen specialists when necessary
- Developing customer relationships and reviewing implementation of agreements
- Creating ad hoc proposals for promotions and material visibility
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in a relevant field (ADE, Marketing, Sales, or similar)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position in the HORECA channel
- Knowledge and experience in the FMCG sector, with valuable experience in pharma or tobacco companies also considered
- Advanced user of Office and Powerpoint packages
- High level of English proficiency
