Strategic Global Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary:
As a Global Sales Operations Leader at ARIS Software AG, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategy and operations across the organization. This senior-level position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of sales operations and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and provide sales reporting to the General Manager, including weekly board meetings, recurring forecast calls, and monthly reviews with the PE investor.
- Oversee and deliver the top-line submission forecast during the monthly financial reporting, aligning with regional sales leaders and the General Manager.
- Own the CRM tools from a business perspective, coordinating and owning account planning for individual contributors.
- Support the Partner Operations Team, providing support to the A&C global teams.
- Manage the Deal Desk team responsible for the GDD process, and the Bid Office team providing global support to tenders from the Public and Private sectors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Experience in the SaaS software industry is highly preferred.
