The Opportunity
Lead and develop the Global Sales and Operations Planning process for a makeup brand. Ensure timely and accurate total forecasts for all products, optimizing inventory levels and service levels. Consolidate and challenge forecasts from all markets to detect risks and opportunities versus budget. Provide inputs to the Strategic Sales and Operations Planning process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Global Sales and Operations Planning Process for a new makeup brand, focusing on launch and promotional item global forecasting, regular goods sales forecasting, and detecting main deviations in sales forecasts versus budget.
Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years as Demand Planner or 5 years in other Supply Chain areas. Beauty industry experience valuable. Education: Graduate in Engineering, Administration, or similar. Master in Supply Chain a plus. Languages: Fluent English and Spanish required. Competencies: Drive for results, high analytical profile, holistic vision, team management, and communication. High skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office software. SAP, JDA, APO, or similar planning tools mandatory.
