Global Director of Sales Performance Optimization

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Compensation Director to lead our global sales compensation function. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in strategic planning, team guidance, and incentive design.
Sales Enablement Technology Expertise: Leverage cutting-edge tools to optimize sales teams' performance and drive results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and conduct regular assessments to enhance effectiveness.
Leadership and Team Development: Lead a high-performing team, establish clear goals and KPIs, and identify strategic projects to drive initiatives and meet business objectives.
Responsibilities- Designing and Scaling: Develop and scale all aspects of the Global Sales Compensation function, driving philosophy, design, administration, and analytics.
- Incentive Planning: Lead annual Sales Incentive Compensation planning and design process, defining metrics, incentives, quotas, pay mix, accelerators, and on-target earnings (OTE).
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Criteo offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth.
