About the Job
The Sales Performance Optimization Lead will be responsible for driving sales performance optimization by developing and implementing enablement programs that enhance productivity, improve process adoption, and align with Cint's overall revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive sales performance optimization strategies that align with company goals.
- Lead the development and delivery of training programs for sales and customer success teams.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, and product documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing operations teams to streamline and optimize sales processes.
- Measure and analyze the impact of sales performance optimization initiatives on sales performance, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue enablement, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful enablement programs that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and inspire revenue teams.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of approximately SEK 650,000 per year, depending on experience.
