Sales Performance Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a talented Sales Performance Analyst to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our Inside Sales Operations, you will contribute to sales success through process optimization, best practice sharing, and delivering key business insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Inside Sales organization and other sales teams to achieve sales targets for Autodesk territory customers.
- Work with Sales Leaders to provide sales insights, presenting measurements, analyzing pipeline data, and making recommendations to the EMEA Inside Sales Director and sales leadership team.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, track account performance, and contribute to planning projects for optimizing the sales team.
- Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau CRM, and Salesforce is necessary, along with a curious mindset.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
- Expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing reports and dashboards.
- Analytical, quantitative, and a customer-centric orientation.
- Comfort with providing data-driven guidance and recommendations.
- Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English, additional European languages appreciated.
