Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a Sales Performance Manager to lead our field sales team in Spain, covering the regions of Cataluña, Aragon, and Balearic Islands. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for defining the optimal route to market, improving Perfect Store KPIs, and driving commercial execution excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Improving team performance through better in-store presence, assortment, share of shelf, and secondary placement
- Ensuring seamless execution of in-store plans negotiated by national and regional Key Account Managers (KAMs)
- Maximizing field coverage effectively and efficiently, promoting team engagement and development, coaching, and monitoring performance
- Fostering a winning and growth mindset, always looking for more and better results
You will work closely with trade marketing, perfect store, and sales development teams to drive business success. A strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to coach and develop your team are essential for this role.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or related field; Spanish and English as main languages; approximately 10 years of experience in field sales, FMCG business; high level of Microsoft Excel proficiency; and digital aptitude.
