Sales Performance Specialist

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading company in the Outsourcing/BPO sector to find a French speaking Sales Representative for their office in Barcelona, Spain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and achieving sales targets, focusing on new customers and reactivating lapsed ones. Key duties include prospecting new clients through targeted sales cadences, identifying and qualifying prospects in key companies, and driving profitability and customer growth.
Sales Responsibilities:
Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
Focus on new customers and reactivate lapsed customers
Prospect new clients by building and following sales cadences
Identify and qualify prospects in targeted companies
Drive profitability and customer growth
Requirements:
A strong background in sales, preferably in an outbound environment, with excellent communication skills and fluency in French (C1 level). The ideal candidate should have previous experience in B2B sales and be achievement-oriented with good computer skills. Previous experience working with channels is a plus.
