About the Role

This high-performance segment sales specialist position is an exciting opportunity to join our Drives & PLCs marketing and sales team in Spain's East region. You will be responsible for achieving qualitative and quantitative sales targets within a designated segment, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the development process from project specification to launch
  • Collaborating with manufacturing, quality, engineering, research & development, supply chain, and logistics teams
  • Resolving customer application issues through site visits or other means
  • Identifying new application development opportunities and creating innovative solutions
  • Delivering training to internal teams and customers on Drives, PLCs, and applications
  • Preparing market, product, and competitor activity reports
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An engineering degree in electronics, automation, or electrics
  • More than one year of experience in developing applications, working as an application engineer (or similar) with Drives, PLCs, and control panels
  • Knowledge of motors will be valued
  • Experience working with system integrators and/or machinery manufacturers
  • Experience in product and/or service marketing and sales strategy
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills
  • Proficient level of Spanish and medium of English
