Sales Performance Manager for SME Clients

We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Manager to join our team in Barcelona and drive sales growth for our SME clients.
About the RoleAs a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with SME clients, understanding their needs and goals, and delivering exceptional service. Your focus will be on driving sales, developing and executing renewal strategies, addressing post-sales issues, and maintaining comprehensive account coverage.
Your Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients, understanding their business landscapes and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Service Delivery: Act as the primary contact for digital service inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Rewal Strategy: Develop and execute tailored renewal strategies to secure contract renewals and drive sales growth.
- Escalation Resolution: Address and resolve post-sales issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems and deliver quick resolutions.
- Account Coverage: Maintain a deep understanding of clients' business landscapes, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Data-driven Sales: Utilize data insights and market intelligence to drive sales motions, identify new opportunities, and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve account management processes and sales strategies.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B, with strong communication skills in Danish and English. A degree in commerce or related fields is a plus but not required.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on your experience, and a dynamic work environment that supports your career growth and development.
