The Role

We are seeking an experienced Junior Account Manager to join our Digital Sales Hub in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with SME clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients
  • Act as the primary contact for digital service inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies tailored to each client, leading negotiations to secure contract renewals
  • Address and resolve post-sales issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems

You will play a crucial role in building trust-based relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and spotting opportunities for growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in commerce or related fields (not required)
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English
