Job Overview:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant team in Barcelona as a Junior Danish-Speaking Sales Representative. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving sales for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement:
    • You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that drive business growth.
    • Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs and challenges.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
    • Provide clients with customized proposals and quotations.
    • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Analyze sales data and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes.
    • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluent in Danish (both written and spoken).
    • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Skills and Experience:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Sales experience is preferable but not required.
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility.
    • Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business challenges.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately €30,000 per annum, including benefits such as comprehensive health and life insurance coverage, opportunities for career advancement, and relocation support.
