We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Sales Professional to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective customers, and driving new business growth through outbound campaigns.

About the Role

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored digital solutions that meet their requirements. You will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses, engaging them proactively to build enthusiasm and identify their business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation, qualification, and management: Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling with small and medium businesses, collaborate closely with clients to create a territory action plan, and set up new meetings to hand off to other sales groups.
  • Project 2: Product/service sales, upsell (inbound and outbound): Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers, build quick rapport, assess needs, and close the sale.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A solid Sales/Business Development mindset, ideally in the IT industry.
  • An understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with a proven track record of success in a sales or business development environment.
