We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH. As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service to our SME clients.

About the Role:

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our SME clients, understanding their needs and goals, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with internal teams to meet client needs, develop and execute renewal strategies, and maintain comprehensive coverage across all assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SME CLIENTS AND UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND GOALS
  • ACTION AS THE PRIMARY CONTACT FOR DIGITAL SERVICE INQUIRIES AND COORDINATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO MEET CLIENT NEEDS
  • DEVELOP AND EXECUTE RENEWAL STRATEGIES TAILORED TO EACH CLIENT AND LEAD NEGOTIATIONS TO SECURE CONTRACT RENEWALS
  • ADDRESS AND RESOLVE POST-SALES ISSUES AND COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO TROUBLESHOOT PROBLEMS
  • MAINTAIN A COMPREHENSIVE UNDERSTANDING OF CLIENTS' BUSINESS LANDSCAPES AND IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH
  • UTILIZE DATA INSIGHTS AND MARKET INTELLIGENCE TO DRIVE SALES MOTIONS AND EXECUTE TARGETED SALES CAMPAIGNS
  • MONITOR AND ANALYZE PERFORMANCE METRICS TO IMPROVE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT PROCESSES AND SALES STRATEGIES

Requirements:

  • MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN B2B
  • ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY IN DANISH AND ENGLISH
  • CORE COMPETENCIES: Passion for sales, drive to excel, business acumen, IT knowledge, adaptability, and teamwork skills
