We are seeking a Success Manager for Enterprise Clients to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering value to clients and a proven track record of success. In this role, you will build relationships with various clients, ranging from senior C-levels to junior client professionals, ensuring they achieve success in utilizing RSM subscriptions.
You will facilitate client calls and engagements to surface client priorities and recommend actions that drive high value and return on investment. Additionally, you will conduct regular retention and bright spot analysis of client books of business to provide insights into performance and key client engagement metrics.
