Job Description:

The role of Junior Account Manager - Digital Sales (Danish Speaker) is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in digital sales and make an impact in a growing tech company. As a key member of our Sales Hub in Barcelona, you will be responsible for managing relationships with SME clients, driving sales, understanding software requirements, assisting with renewals, managing escalations, and maintaining coverage across all assigned accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Act as the primary contact for digital service inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies tailored to each client, leading negotiations to secure contract renewals.
  • Address and resolve post-sales issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' business landscapes, identifying opportunities for growth.
