About the Job

As a Growth Account Manager at ManoMano, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing seller performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, sales, and negotiation, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business: Negotiate contracts with top prospect sellers, oversee onboarding process, and provide ongoing support.
  • Existing Business: Manage re-engagement seller portfolio, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance seller performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on seller performance metrics, including BV, sponsored products budget, and multi-platform activity.

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in sales and account management.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of e-commerce challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory, proficiency in Italian is also required.
