About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Team Lead to join our vibrant Spanish team. As a key member of our sales force, you will manage a strong team of 5 sales professionals, driving growth in the clinical healthcare market through effective pipeline management, deal closure, and team performance optimization.
Your Mission
- Lead by example, leveraging your SaaS outbound sales experience to develop and execute a unified GTM approach for the clinical sector.
- Recruit top talent, maintain accurate CRM practices, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Deliver high-quality work while establishing a strategic mindset that drives business growth.
