SaaS Outbound Sales Strategist

Company Overview: Docplanner Group is a global healthcare platform serving patients and healthcare ecosystems across 13 countries in Europe and LATAM. Our mission is to make the healthcare experience more human.
Role Overview: As a Team Lead in our Spanish team, you will manage a strong sales force of 5 sales professionals and develop a robust outbound sales strategy to increase our presence in the clinical healthcare market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure
- Elevate team performance through effective coaching and process optimization
- Leverage your SaaS outbound sales experience to recruit top talent and foster a high-performance culture
- Establish and execute a unified GTM approach to the clinical sector
Requirements: We are looking for a highly experienced SaaS outbound sales professional with a proven track record in managing high-growth environments. You should have excellent leadership skills and be able to coach and develop your team members.
What we offer:
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
- A dynamic and supportive work environment with a global team of 2,700

Location: This role is based in one of our offices in Europe or LATAM, with flexibility to work remotely as needed.
