We are seeking an exceptional sales leader to spearhead our outbound sales team. As Leader of High Growth Sales Team - Saas Outbound, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust strategy that propels our sales force forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide a strong sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent with proven SaaS outbound sales experience
- Design and implement effective coaching programs to enhance sales skills and performance
- Monitor team activity, ensuring a consistent pipeline of orders and sales opportunities
Achieve Success through Strategic Execution
You will be the driving force behind our sales operations, reviewing key performance indicators, and implementing strategies to optimize sales processes and CRM management. Your analytical mind will help identify areas for improvement, and your leadership skills will inspire confidence and motivation within the team.
Pursue Excellence in Business Development
As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will contribute to workforce planning, identifying new opportunities to improve outbound sales techniques, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to enhance customer experiences. Your ability to collect, analyze, and communicate sales KPIs will inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
The Ideal Candidate
We seek a seasoned sales professional with 3+ years of experience in high growth SaaS or marketplace environments. Your expertise in scaling outbound sales teams and leveraging OKRs to drive results will be invaluable. A strong analytical mindset, combined with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, will enable you to thrive in this role.
