Scalable Sales Strategist for Spanish Market

We're looking for an ambitious and high-performing sales professional to help us iterate a scalable outbound sales strategy in the Spanish market. As the first point of contact with our leads, you'll need to build trust, identify challenges, and nurture prospects through every stage of the sales process.
This role involves source and prospecting leads, executing daily outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and maintaining insightful conversations with prospects. The ideal candidate has prior experience in outbound sales development within a Tech/SaaS environment and is comfortable with maintaining strong communication skills. Native Spanish language proficiency is required, along with good English level and organizational abilities.
