**Job Description**:

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Strategist to join our team. As a member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a strong sales force of 5 sales professionals, leading by example with your experience in Saas outbound sales. Your primary mission will be to develop and execute a unified GTM approach to the clinical sector, leveraging your strategic mindset to establish and execute strategies that drive growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing high-performing teams, coaching and developing sales skills, and overseeing sales processes and CRM management. You will be expected to foster a high-performance culture, recruit top talent, and deliver high-quality work while maintaining accurate CRM practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage an outbound sales team, working in alignment with company objectives and with the mission of meeting their targets.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment, on-boarding and retention of talented sales people with proven SAAS outbound sales experience.
  • Developing a team that performs effectively and consistently, capable of meeting and exceeding their set targets.
  • Developing, implementing and delivering structured and effective coaching programmes and initiatives that train and develop outbound sales skills for the team.
  • Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with each team member, providing continuous feedback to help improve performance.
  • Overseeing the activity of the team, ensuring a consistent pipeline of orders and sales opportunities.

**What We Offer:**

An estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
