Your Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Lead Outbound to join our vibrant team in a high growth SaaS environment. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strong outbound sales strategy that increases our presence in the clinical healthcare market.

You will manage a team of 5 sales professionals, overseeing the entire sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure. Your primary objective is to elevate team performance through effective coaching and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a unified GTM approach to the clinical sector
  • Manage an outbound sales team, working in alignment with company objectives and meeting targets
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain talented sales people with proven SAAS outbound sales experience
  • Develop and deliver structured coaching programs and initiatives to train and develop outbound sales skills
  • Oversee team activity, ensuring a consistent pipeline of orders and sales opportunities
  • Review key performance indicators and initiate follow-up and improvement of strategies

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of Outbound sales leadership experience in high growth SaaS/Marketplace with SMB market focus
  • Demonstrated experience scaling an outbound sales team in numbers and performance
  • Proficiency in using OKRs to focus on results for individual and team objectives
  • Established experience in direct involvement in recruitment processes as a key decision maker
  • Strong analytical thinking and action skills
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills, including inspirational leadership qualities
