We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative Team Lead (m/w/d) who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role involves leading a developing team of SDRs operating in the DACH market, contributing to personal and professional growth, and providing individual coaching and training. You'll also run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints to close qualified meetings, present our solution to various stakeholders, and work with the Sales Executives and whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
You have at least 2 years of experience in SAAS/B2B sales and possess an excellent level of German and a good level of English. Key qualifications include 'Lead by example' attitude, hunger for challenges, and flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
BizAway offers a seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growth, uncapped variable compensation, equity in the company, development of your entrepreneurial spirit, and a multicultural and international team. Salary: approximately €75,000 per year, considering location and industry standards.
