By removing all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, moving/buying furniture, security deposits, broker fees, etc., we give choice and flexibility to allow people to live where and when they want. Our team is based in Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, and Paris.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director to join our team in Barcelona. This role will take the business to the next level by developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business success.

The successful candidate will negotiate and build strong relationships with large clients and partners, driving a solid reputation for Ukio in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing B2B sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a B2B sales team in the digital industry.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector will be valued.
  • Existing network in the relocation industry would be a great asset.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus flexible retribution with Payflow, private health insurance, and transportation card.
