About the Role

Aidoc Medical Ltd is seeking an exceptional Strategic Director of Revenue Growth to drive strategic improvements and business scalability. This key role involves leveraging data analytics to monitor GTM performance, identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and scalability.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor GTM performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), market trends, and internal data to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Lead predictive modeling and forecasting efforts using advanced statistical methods (e.g., time series analysis and regression) to provide accurate business forecasts, assess risks, and develop strategies for long-term growth.
  • Proactively translate observed business and market trends into actionable strategic recommendations for the GTM leadership team, supporting the evaluation and implementation of the overall strategic framework.
  • Identify and mitigate revenue and market-related risks by developing strategies to minimize the impact of market changes, customer churn, and economic conditions.
Requirements:

This role requires a University Degree plus 8-10 years in sales or revenue operations. Proven experience using data analytics to inform strategy recommendations that increase GTM performance and productivity is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with ownership mindset, flexibility, and willingness to roll up the sleeves in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities are also required.
