About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Revenue Growth Analyst to drive business growth by analyzing revenue data and developing actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will have experience with HubSpot, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
About You
You will be responsible for:
- Managing HubSpot and other tools to ensure seamless integration
- Standardizing sales, marketing, and customer success processes to increase efficiency
- Setting up data and analytics to measure and improve performance
- Bridging the gap between processes and reporting through collaboration with Finance & Data teams
- Providing necessary process documentation and training opportunities to commercial teams
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience with HubSpot and relevant software
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a related role
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Experience with process improvement and project management

- An estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 based on location and experience
