Role within Yuki
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Yuki by analysing revenue data and providing insights and recommendations to improve revenue streams.
You will optimise processes and foster collaboration among teams, with the main objective of ensuring our CRM system HubSpot is functioning seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Manage HubSpot and other tools to ensure they are well integrated.
- Standardise the processes of sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align these teams and increase the efficiency of the order to cash process.
- Be responsible for setting up data and analytics, measuring and improving performance.
- Work closely with other teams such as Finance & Data to bridge the gap between processes and reporting.
- Support the commercial teams with necessary process documentation and training opportunities.
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and apply them within our company.
- Take the initiative in the implementation of new systems and technologies.
