**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering analytical support to drive revenue growth, with a strong focus on reporting and generating actionable insights.
**The Role:**
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a revenue team of over 400 people and cross-functionally with other teams. You will use data to prepare performance updates, solve problems, and identify opportunities for business improvement, leveraging Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools like Looker. You will also address inbound reporting requests from the sales team, drive new change initiatives, and support strategic initiatives within the Revenue org with analysis and modeling.
**What You'll Do:**
• Prepare performance updates, solve problems, and identify opportunities for business improvement using data analysis and BI tools
• Address inbound reporting requests from the sales team and drive new change initiatives
• Support strategic initiatives within the Revenue org with analysis and modeling
• Collaborate with Sales in a B2B environment and build dashboards using Salesforce and Looker
**Qualifications:**
+3 years experience in Revenue/Sales Operations or Analytics
Strong analytical skills with a highly developed attention to detail
Advanced user of spreadsheets (Google slides or excel) and confident using slides to present data in a convincing way to senior stakeholders
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Ability to build dashboards is a plus (we primarily use Salesforce and Looker)
Good communication and stakeholder management
Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating with Sales in a B2B environment
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Bachelors in Business, Economics, or Finance equivalent preferred
**Estimated Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
