Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales department and drive revenue growth at Itnig Venture Builder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Define and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives. Set clear revenue targets and sales goals across regions and segments, ensuring a scalable and sustainable approach to growth.
  • Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for new business development and market expansion, conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Leverage existing relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue, while building new partnerships and sales channels.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure that sales strategies align with the broader business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth in a similar role.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Sales Strategy: Strong understanding of sales strategy and tactics, with the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan.
