Sales Revenue Growth Manager

SLS Hotels seeks an experienced Sales Revenue Growth Manager to drive group sales revenue by identifying and securing group bookings at our Barcelona resort. Key responsibilities include providing account management for new and existing accounts, working with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals, and analyzing sales data to forecast revenue accurately.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in hotel sales or equivalent industry experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of sales skills, ability to understand customer requirements, and translating these into sales solutions and revenue management.
- Track record meeting or exceeding sales goals and developing long-term relationships and contacts.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with proficiency in Windows Office and software programs such as Delphi and Opera.
