Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Director to lead our growth and expansion efforts in the real estate sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business success.

About Us:

Ukio is a Barcelona-based startup that provides fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month. We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, moving/buying furniture, security deposits, broker fees, etc., giving choice and flexibility to allow people to live where and when they want.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing B2B sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a B2B sales team in the digital industry.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector is mandatory.
  • Existing network in the relocation industry would be a great asset.
