Role | As our new Sales Director for Residential Real Estate, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and business success through strategic sales planning and execution. You will lead a high-performing sales team, build strong relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts. Your focus will be on developing and implementing sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.

Responsibilities |Sales Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business success
- Lead and manage a high-performing B2B sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth

Talent Development and Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth
- Set and communicate sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to the team and ensure they are met or exceeded

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track progress and make informed decisions

The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate and/or relocation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and business success. The estimated salary for this role is around €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
