Your Role
We seek an experienced and motivated Sales & Listings Agent to join our team in Madrid. As a Sales & Listings Agent, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, collecting and checking property documentation, and negotiating sales deals. You will also be responsible for business development in your assigned area, farming potential properties to list, and networking with other professionals.
Main Responsibilities
• Collect and check all required property documentation and ensure company commission policy is in place.
• Manage client relationships, providing regular feedback and reports to vendors on market status and properties listed with Lucas Fox.
• Business development in the assigned area, including farming potential properties to list and networking activities.
• Deal with allocated clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post-completion of the sales deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, offering constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
Requirements
• Previous experience in commercial areas, with specific knowledge of the Madrid key areas and Pozuelo de Alarcón locations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
• Professional presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and drive to achieve top results.
• Financially and results-oriented, with the ability to work in an international collaborative team.
• Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude, organized, and prepared to work flexible hours.
