">The Role:
">We're seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our pan-European Inside & Digital Sales team. As Director, you'll drive growth among small, mid-sized, and remote customers across Europe, leveraging data and digital tools to optimize sales efficiency and performance. Your target customer segments will include Pharma, Biotech, Academia, and Industrial.
">Your Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets, collaborating with the Vice President, Commercial Operations Europe.">
- Manage daily, monthly, quarterly, and long-term sales metrics and forecasting processes.">
- Drive overall execution of sales goals, establishing business plans within each territory and prioritizing key customer interactions.">
- Develop and implement pan-European processes and standard work protocols.">
- Collaborate with Senior Segment Directors to bring segment strategies to bear on the customer base.">
- Identify sub-segment trends and work with marketing and strategic pricing to develop campaigns that optimize opportunities and improve team focus.">
- Embrace digital tools and automation to improve overall sales and efficiency.">
- Collaborate with suppliers to gain value and support specific to the Inside & Digital Sales team.">
- Accountable for the engagement, performance, compensation, and development of the team.">
Your Background:
">We're looking for a highly experienced sales professional with a Bachelor's degree in Science or Business (or equivalent experience). You'll have extensive sales experience within the Life Science/Biotech industry, ideally with some time spent in Inside Sales. A proven track record of successful sales management experience, leading a large team and managing managers, is essential. You should also have a solid understanding of all aspects of the distribution business model, including Services.

">In this role, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of approximately €100,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience. You'll also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. ">Location:
">This role is fully remote, based anywhere in Europe. Regular international travel (25-50% of working time) will be required to support your team and attend customer and supplier meetings. You should live within commuting distance of an international airport.
