Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Iberian markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

You will work closely with our internal teams, including business development, customer service, and product management, to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Your profile should include:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in selling to large and complex, multi-country/regional companies
  • Proven track record of developing strong and influential business relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as cultural sensitivity
  • High degree of analytical and conceptual thinking

As a Strategic Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with key decision-makers
