**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Director Spain to maximize sales and market share in Spain by driving sales activity and providing leadership to the sales team.

**Responsibilities**

  • Translate Aspen brand strategies into actionable sales plans that drive results;
  • Identify, recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional performance;
  • Ensure the successful implementation of new business models, strategies, territories, segmentation, product launches, and optimal sales team structures.

**What We Offer**
