About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in Spain and drive business growth while developing the skills of our team members. As part of our global organization, you will be responsible for managing sales strategies and reporting results to senior management.
Main Responsibilities
- Leverage your sales expertise to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, focusing on key accounts and partnerships in the region.
- Develop and execute sales plans tailored to local market conditions, working closely with direct reports to implement them effectively.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and direction to team members, promoting their professional growth and development within the company.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster collaboration and drive business success.
Requirements
- A proven track record of sales experience, preferably in multinational organizations, with substantial senior sales management experience leading teams of front-line leaders.
- Outstanding leadership skills, professionalism, and business planning capabilities, with a proven ability to partner with general management and operations to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and client retention objectives.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with a full right to work and driving license in Spain.
