Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in Catalonia. As a key member of our Ammega Group team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Catalonia
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives
- Built strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Management to provide customer feedback and insights on product performance
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to stakeholders
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Able to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Results-driven and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
We offer a competitive salary package of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
