Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Southern Europe. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth across our core products and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across 3 core products - Consumer Digital Media B2C, Travel Seller Media B2B, BI and Data Products.
  • Manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement long-term sales plans and forecasts.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with top-level executives.
  • Coordinate RFP/RFI responses and follow-up activities.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.

Skill and Qualification Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
