As a key member of the Omnicell, Inc. team, the Regional Sales Manager Europe will play a vital role in driving sales growth and success within the LATAM region.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the international healthcare environment, allowing them to tailor suitable solutions for medication management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales funnels, executing on open leads, and delivering defined territory bookings and revenue targets. They will also be expected to build strong relationships with hospital/retail pharmacists, other influencers, and decision-makers, as well as manage distributor relationships across the territory.

The Regional Sales Manager Europe will be accountable for establishing strong relationships across key sector stakeholders, leading tender responses, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules. They will also be responsible for maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional networks.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience in the healthcare/medical device environment, with fluency in Spanish and English. They will also have a deep understanding of international healthcare, experience in compiling and responding to tender requests, and strategic thinking and planning to implement sales strategies.

The Regional Sales Manager Europe will be a key ambassador for Omnicell, Inc., promoting products within nominated accounts and working closely with international and local marketing resources to achieve sales goals. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, submitting activity and results reports, and providing regular updates to management.
