Sales Director for Europe

At Suvoda, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our software sales team in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing new customer relationships, managing the software sales process, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and close new business within assigned accounts
• Manage the software sales process, from identification of a new opportunity through proposal, award, negotiation of price and contract terms, and deal close
• Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts
• Organize and lead client meetings for initial capabilities presentations, bid defences
• Serve as escalation point for clients as well as client's primary point of contact for mid-study change orders

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years sales experience in eClinical software sales or related field
• Fluency in English and German
• Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ambition, self-motivation, and a high level of energy
• Time management and organizational skills
• Analytical thinking ability
• Creative problem-solving ability
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Strong IT skills and use of Microsoft packages and CRM tools
• Attention to detail
