Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our regional sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our Hexagon Geosystems team, you will be responsible for building and leading a world-class sales organization that delivers exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to deliver outstanding results.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and tools.
- Mentor and coach sales professionals to improve their skills and performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A base salary of €80,000 per year.
