Senior Sales Director

Role Summary: As a key member of the GTT Communications, Inc. sales team, the Account Director plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing client expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the company's services and be able to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Job Scope/Supervision: This role will interact closely with various teams and departments, including marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and business development. The Account Director will report directly to a supervising manager and be responsible for driving sales initiatives and strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on key decision-makers and companies with a significant international presence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and pain points to identify new sales opportunities.
- Sell GTT's full suite of products and solutions, including connectivity services such as SD-WAN, MPLS, and Internet.
- Build and maintain a prospect pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive prospecting initiatives and leverage available resources to drive sales growth.
- Drive opportunities from discovery through development to close, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
