Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Director Iberia, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and drive business growth in the Iberia region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, manage sales performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

As a Senior Sales Director Iberia, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and inclusive team environment with a culture of collaboration and belonging. You will work with your teams to attain or exceed 100% of assigned sales quota within the required product mix and drive consistent Breadth of Participation across your leaders and Sales Associates.
