**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Iberia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive growth and revenue.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Product Development: Identify and pursue new product opportunities, leveraging customer and market insights to achieve growth.
  • Leadership & Relationships: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, internal stakeholders, and influencers within the supplier community.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy for Iberia Food, setting targets, budgets, and allocating resources.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of work experience in selling to large, complex companies with international settings.
  • Education: Master's degree or similar level of education in a relevant field.
  • Perspectives: Proven ability to meet and exceed targets, develop strong business relationships, and demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
