The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

About the Role

This role involves leading a team to attain or exceed 100% of assigned sales quota within the required product mix. You will work closely with direct reports to implement business plans and ensure their continued professional growth and development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Grow ADP's Business While Growing Your Team's: Drive consistent Breadth of Participation across your leaders and Sales Associates, prepare a business plan to identify how the area/regions will achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Grow Your People: Provide coaching, counselling, and direction to direct reports, manage the implementation and proper execution of Career Development and succession plans.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with other functional areas to ensure the smooth implementation of sales.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven track record of sales experience, specifically working with large, multi-national organizations.
  • Substantial senior sales management experience leading a team or teams of front-line leaders.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, professionalism, and business planning capability.
